Jesus constantly warns against the false values of „the world“, and Paul, in one of my favorite verses (Rom 12,2) says plainly: „Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.“ 

In the video „7 lies your kids will believe - unless you do something about it“ www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xxog0VWWOEw, an American primary school teacher, Elizabeth Urbanowicz, tells how she realized that her pupils were already deep into secular thinking, such as „Truth is not true for everybody“, „Love is affirming everything I feel“, „Faith is the opposite of knowing“. She searched in vain for materials to teach against this tragic trend, started learning about apologetics and began to design lessons to make kids aware of the deceptive power of these fundamental assumptions. At the end of this inspirational video, Mike Winiger who interviews Elizabeth, says truly: „Take hope, it is not time to despair because of darkness - it is time to shine into the darkness, because you are the light.“
