Yes, all attendees are responsible for purchasing their own plane tickets to Tirana, Albania. Alternatively, they can drive directly to the hotel if they are locals.

After registering for the conference, you will receive a form where you can provide your arrival details. A EurECA member will be at the airport to greet you and help you get into a shared taxi to the hotel.

The shared taxi service costs 22 euros per person (round trip). This fee will be collected before the conference.

We will do our best to group arrivals together for shared taxis. If your arrival time is significantly different, we will provide guidance on how to reach the hotel.

Yes, Albania is not part of the Schengen area, so you will need a passport that is valid for at least three months beyond the end of your trip. While most European citizens can enter without a visa, we recommend checking with the Albanian embassy or consulate in your country to confirm the latest entry requirements.
